A name that doesn't translate; a function that needs no translation.
Shoghmoum is a word from classical Arabic: tall, complete, finely made — used of a man and of a thoroughbred she-camel. We neither invented it nor imported it; we woke it from the dictionary because it holds in one word three things we want in every place we run: stature, completeness, and grace. To it we added Stay, so that whoever arrives from Jakarta or Istanbul knows what we make before they have to ask.

We work with hotel buildings, residential blocks, and the single apartment, across three partnership models. Even so, we don't take every property; we take what we can do well.
We decline when a location doesn't serve the reason the guest came, when a building can only meet requirements through temporary fixes, or when what's wanted from us is the cheapest operation rather than the finest.
